The diagnostic service was very informative. Dale Was very respectful and took the time to explain the service required, the parts required and the difference between various methods or parts. He helped me understand what was needed for the various tasks I inquired about. Now I am simply waiting on the quotes and the service to be completed.

Dale and Zach were very professional and informative! They were able to diagnose the issue with our guest bathroom smelling like sewage and fixed it within the hour! I truly appreciate their efforts and work and would recommend them for any plumbing job!

This company came through in a timely fashion to complete a job that another plumber completely botched. I am grateful to them for doing the job in a timely and efficient fashion. If I had any squabble regarding their service, it would be the high price for the 2nd visit; $250 to identify why I had no hot water after the first plumber fixed the hot water line. He forgot to check that the hot water valve on the hot water heater was turned back on before he left! Wasn't happy about that, and felt it was unfair after I had spent $455 to get the hot water line fixed. So while I won't talk poorly about this company, I do feel as though I was charged unfairly for the previous plumber's oversight. EDIT: I have edited my review about this company after a very thoughtful and understanding conversation regarding my situation with the company owner. They very kindly listened to my concerns, and we came up with a reasonable compromise that was more than fair. I am impressed by the professionalism in the gesture, and am going to certainly use them again in the future.

I had to get an outside faucet replaced, Dale arrived on time and ready to work. He explained the situation and what I could do to prevent this from happening again in the future. He showed me the old damaged part and its replacement before installing. I was very pleased with the work and will use Plumbserve LLC for my future plumbing needs.

I received excellent, friendly service from Dale and Zackory! They were available for a same day appointment to fix a leaking pipe in our crawl space. Prices were very reasonable and the whole process from booking to payment was great. I highly recommend PlumbServe LLC!

PlumbServe is just that, excellent customer service. They take the time out of their day to ensure you have all that you need, and they go above and beyond to make sure that your project is handled with care. My representative personally took the time out to help me identify those individuals needed in gaining our environmental permits, etc., and even went as far as helping, ensure that we knew what schools were best suited in the community for our Family & lifestyle. If you have plumbing needs, and make sure you take the time to consider them for your servicing!
